Tulsa Rig Iron, Inc, is fully committed and totally focused on the oilfield and trenchless industries, specializing in the engineering and manufacturing of triplex pumps, mud systems, HDD drill rigs and associated equipment.
The primary focus has been on larger rigs for large diameter projects. Tulsa Rig Iron personnel have been involved in the "River Crossing" industry since it's beginning over 30 years ago and have provided equipment and services to all of the major river crossings contractors.
Equipment rental is also a large segment of Tulsa Rig Iron's business. Mud Systems and Mud Pumps are available in our rental fleet.
Corporate and manufacturing facilities are located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Tulsa Rig Iron primarily builds "Heavy Duty" Directional Drill Rigs from 160,000 lb. to 750,000 lb. thrust/pullback. Dedicated hydraulic systems, and high horsepower engines assure that thrust, rotary and mud pump can all perform fully concurrently.
Rack & Pinion” style thrust/pullback and a “low speed, high torque rotary motor” assure maximum reliability. Track mounted, trailer mounted and skid mounted designs are available.
Mixing, Recycling and Pumping systems are available for use with mini, midi and maxi directional drilling rigs. Trailer or skid mounted designs are available. Venturi style mixing is utilized for maximum efficiency. Recycling volumes range from 50 to 1500 gpm. Pumping rates vary from 5 gpm to 800 gpm.
High efficient linear motion shakers and mud cleaners are available individually or as part of a complete Mixing, Recycling, and Pumping system. Linear motion allows finer screening resulting in superior solids removal while producing a "dry solids discharge”. Various sizes are available.
